01About these terms

This website presents the tile and stone installation services of Immaculate Tile & Stone Inc., operating the Venice Luxury Tile & Stone website and brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms explain the intended use of the website and the information it provides.

Our services are arranged for clients in the Venice and Sarasota, Florida area. Details of any work we agree to carry out will be set out separately in writing.

02Enquiries & estimates

Contacting us, sending project photographs, or requesting a consultation does not by itself create a construction contract, reserve installation dates, or authorize work.

Initial discussions and indications of cost may be based on the information you provide. A project estimate may require a site visit, measurements, material selections, and assessment of the surfaces and preparation involved.

The applicable proposal or project agreement will explain the scope, price, assumptions, exclusions, and any period for which the estimate remains valid. Changes to the scope or site conditions may require a revised estimate or written change order.

03Visits & scheduling

We travel to client properties for arranged appointments and agreed work. Any published business address is not an invitation to visit without a confirmed appointment.

Consultations and installation dates are subject to confirmation. Material availability, delivery schedules, weather, site readiness, and work by other trades may affect timing. The project agreement will set out the scheduling arrangements that apply to your work.

Please let us know about relevant access restrictions, parking arrangements, association rules, or other site requirements before an appointment.

04Materials & finishes

Natural stone can vary in color, veining, texture, and finish. Manufactured tile may also have shade and size variation between products or batches. Photographs, digital displays, and small samples may not fully represent the finished installation.

Material suitability depends on the intended use, substrate, location, and manufacturer’s requirements. Final selections, layouts, grout, edge details, and relevant preparation should be confirmed as part of the project scope.

Customer-supplied materials and any additional preparation will be addressed in the applicable project agreement. These statements do not excuse defective work or remove any warranty or consumer right that applies.

05Your project agreement

The written proposal or contract for your project should identify the agreed work and the terms that apply, including as appropriate:

• Measurements, material selections, surface preparation, waterproofing, and installation details.
• Price, allowances, payment schedule, and any deposit.
• Site access, responsibilities, permits, and arrangements with other trades.
• Changes, scheduling, cancellation, and any applicable refund terms.
• Completion, care instructions, workmanship coverage, and manufacturer warranties.

Your signed project agreement sets out the terms of your installation. If information on this website differs from that agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence, subject to applicable law.

06Images & website content

The website may include photographs, material examples, and design concept imagery. Some visuals, including AI-generated concept films, illustrate possible design directions and are not representations of completed client projects unless expressly identified as such.

Website text, designs, logos, images, and films belong to us or their respective owners. You may view the site and retain reasonable copies for your personal project planning. Commercial reuse or republication requires permission from the appropriate rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Please share only photographs, drawings, or other material that you have the right to provide. Sending material for an enquiry does not automatically authorize its publication in our portfolio.
