01Who we are

Venice Luxury Tile & Stone is a website and brand operated by Immaculate Tile & Stone Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide tile and stone installation services for clients in the Venice and Sarasota, Florida area.

This policy covers information handled through this website, project enquiries, customer records, and related marketing communications. Enquiries submitted through this website or by email are handled by Immaculate Tile & Stone Inc. Nordgrow Studio provides website creation services and does not manage customer enquiries for the business. For privacy questions, contact info@veniceluxurytile.com.

02Information we collect

When you contact us or become a customer, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, property or project address, preferred appointment times, and information you choose to provide about the work.

Project information may include room measurements, material preferences, photographs, plans, estimates, contracts, invoices, and correspondence needed to assess, plan, and manage an installation. Please avoid sending payment-card details, identification documents, access codes, or unrelated personal information through a general enquiry.

For newsletters and customer marketing, we may keep contact details, relevant customer history, communication preferences, and records of subscriptions, permissions, and opt-out requests.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, pages requested, and the time of a visit to operate and protect the website. The planned analytics services described below may also process device and browser information, referral sources, approximate location, pages viewed, and interactions with the website, depending on the service and settings used.

03How we use your information

We use information as needed to:

  • Respond to questions and discuss the scope of a tile or stone project.
  • Arrange visits to your property, prepare estimates, and communicate about materials and scheduling.
  • Manage agreed work, customer service, warranties, and relevant business records.
  • Send newsletters and market our services to subscribers and previous customers where permitted by law, respecting their communication preferences.
  • Understand website use and improve its content and usability when analytics tools are enabled.
  • Maintain website security, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Providing information in an enquiry does not commit you to a project.

04Newsletters & customer marketing

We may use customer contact details to share news, project inspiration, and information about our services where permitted by law. Marketing may be based on a newsletter subscription or an existing customer relationship. Where consent is required, we will obtain it before sending marketing communications.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting info@veniceluxurytile.com. We honor email opt-out requests promptly and, for US commercial email, within 10 business days.

Unsubscribing does not stop essential communications about an existing project, an invoice, a warranty, or another service matter. It also does not require us to delete records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.

We may retain a minimal record of your opt-out so that you are not added back to a marketing list by mistake. That record is used to respect your preference, not to send further marketing.

05Who we share information with

We do not sell customer contact lists or project records. We may share relevant information with people and service providers who help us respond to enquiries, manage customer relationships, send newsletters, operate the website, or deliver agreed work. These may include authorized staff, hosting and email providers, contact-form services, and project professionals where their involvement is necessary. If a newsletter platform or customer-record system is used, relevant information may be processed by that provider for the purposes described in this policy.

When analytics services are enabled, Google or Microsoft may also receive website usage information as described in the analytics section below and in their privacy notices.

We limit access and sharing to what is appropriate for the task. Our website designer does not operate our enquiry service or manage customer communications. Providing website creation services does not make a provider the contractor responsible for your installation. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a lawful business transfer with appropriate protections.

06Analytics & cookies

Cookies and similar technologies may be used for essential website functions, security, and preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking some cookies may affect site features.

Google Analytics — planned

We plan to use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website, measure visits and interactions, and improve our content and services. Depending on the settings and your choices, it may use cookies or similar identifiers to process information about your device, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, and website activity.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We will configure tracking to avoid sending names, email addresses, property addresses, enquiry contents, or other information that directly identifies you to Google Analytics.

Microsoft Clarity — under consideration

If enabled, Microsoft Clarity would help us understand website usability through interaction information, heatmaps, and session replays. Session replays reconstruct interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation; they are not recordings from your camera or microphone. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to process website usage information.

Before enabling Clarity, we will configure masking and exclusions for personal information and private enquiry content. For information about Microsoft’s processing, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Your tracking choices

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are planned services and are not currently enabled. Before introducing optional analytics, we will update this policy to reflect the actual configuration and provide appropriate privacy and consent controls. Where prior consent is required, optional tracking will be kept off until that consent is obtained. Any available cookie settings will explain how to accept, reject, or change optional tracking choices.

Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices.

07Storage & retention

We retain client records for as long as required by applicable legal and accounting obligations. We retain other information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, provide our services, manage customer relationships, administer warranties, resolve disputes, and meet other legitimate business needs. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Marketing contact details are kept while they are needed for permitted marketing or until you unsubscribe. We periodically review whether those details are still needed. A minimal opt-out record may be retained to respect your preference. Customer information may remain in a separate project record where it is still needed for a permitted purpose; it will not be used to continue marketing after you opt out.

Website logs, backups, and any analytics information are subject to the relevant systems’ retention and deletion settings. Those settings will be finalized before optional analytics are enabled. Deletion from backups may occur through their normal replacement cycle.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in locations outside your state or country.

08Your choices

You may choose not to provide optional information, unsubscribe from marketing, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or contact us about access to or deletion of your information. Depending on the laws that apply, you may have additional privacy rights.

Send requests to info@veniceluxurytile.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. A deletion request does not necessarily require us to erase records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes, or records we are otherwise permitted to retain. We will explain any applicable limits when responding to your request.

This website is intended for adults arranging property improvement services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

09Project photographs

Photographs you send us may be used to assess your enquiry and plan or document agreed work. Supplying a photograph for an estimate does not, by itself, give us permission to publish it as a testimonial or portfolio image.

We will seek appropriate permission before publishing photographs of private customer spaces that identify the customer or property.

10Changes & contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above identifies when this policy was last revised. Where applicable law requires further notice, we will provide it.

Due to the high volume of spam calls we receive, we handle enquiries by email and website contact forms rather than by phone.
