Project planning
Ready to update your tile? Here’s where we begin.
You don’t need a folder full of specifications before getting in touch. Some people have already chosen their tile; others just know they want a room to feel different. I’m happy to begin at either point and help you work out what comes next.

Start with the space and the idea.
Tell me where the property is and which areas you are thinking about. A few photographs help me understand the room, the existing surfaces, and how it connects to the rest of the home. If something is damaged, point that out as well.
Rough measurements and product details are useful if you have them. They are not a requirement for a first enquiry. We can arrange a visit and work through the information together.
The scope shapes the estimate.
The amount of tile is one part of a price. Removing existing material, preparing the surface, the chosen layout, cuts, edges, and access to the work area can also affect what is involved. A repair and a complete replacement need different discussions.
I want you to understand what the proposal includes. We should identify the agreed work, who is supplying the materials, and any items that need a closer look before a final decision.
Let’s plan around living in your home.
Tell me about access, pets, furniture, and the rooms you will need to keep using. If other trades are involved, we can discuss how the tile work fits into their schedule. These practical details help us prepare for the job.
Timing depends on the actual work and the materials. I’ll explain the expected stages and any required waiting time once the scope is clear. A finish date should come from that plan, rather than a guess based only on square footage.
Small projects count, too.
A damaged backsplash, a few tiles that need attention, or one room you would like to update are all worth asking about. We can assess the area and discuss whether a repair, a match, or a broader change makes sense.
Use the website form or email to tell us about the project. We usually respond within 24–48 hours. If you are still exploring, that is a perfectly good place to start.
Let’s talk about your space.
Send a few photographs, a question, or the beginning of an idea. I’ll help you work out the next step.
